About the Role
Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, checkout, and handling returns. Maintain the sales floor and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Stock and organize store shelves and displays
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Handle inventory management and restocking
- Participate in visual merchandising and promotions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to lift and move products as needed
- Experience with retail POS systems
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends
