About the Role
We’re seeking skilled Paramedics to join our emergency medical services team. You’ll provide advanced life support to patients in emergency situations, transport them safely to medical facilities, and work closely with other first responders. This critical role requires quick thinking and medical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls promptly
- Assess patients’ conditions and provide advanced life support
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Operate ambulances and medical equipment safely
- Communicate with hospital staff about patient conditions
- Maintain accurate patient care reports
- Ensure ambulances are stocked and equipment is functional
- Follow all medical protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Valid state Paramedic license
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications
- Associate degree in Paramedicine or equivalent
- 1+ years of field experience preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to obtain EMS driver certification
- Physical ability to lift and move patients
- Excellent decision-making under pressure
- Strong communication and documentation skills
