About the Role
Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse, providing compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will work closely with registered nurses and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with patient hygiene and comfort
- Document patient care and update medical records
- Collaborating with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Current CPR certification
