About the Role
As Warehousing Team Lead, you’ll manage and coordinate operations across our warehouse and distribution center, ensuring efficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to warehouse staff
- Develop and implement warehouse safety protocols
- Monitor inventory accuracy and manage stock levels
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams
- Lead shipping and receiving operations for accurate order fulfillment
- Perform employee scheduling and training for skill development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in logistics or warehouse roles
- Proven track record of meeting productivity and safety targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Leadership and team management capabilities
