Responsibilities
- Design and implement lessons based on state standards
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students
- Collaborate with special education teachers and paraprofessionals
- Attend and participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and administration about student progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus
