1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing JobFlow24.com (“Platform”), you agree to:

  • These Terms + Privacy Policy
  • Additional employer/job seeker terms if applicable
  • All modifications posted (we’ll notify users of material changes via email).

2. Account Rules

Job Seekers:

  • Must provide accurate credentials (no fake names/employers).
  • One-click apply requires valid email/LinkedIn/Google account.

Employers:

  • Manual verification for all job postings (24h review).
  • Fraudulent posts (e.g., fake jobs, phishing) = immediate ban + legal action.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Freemium Model: Free basic access; paid features require Stripe payment.
  • Trials: $1 for 3 days auto-renews to monthly plan unless canceled 24h before trial ends.
  • Refunds: No refunds for partial months; chargebacks = account suspension.

4. Content Ownership

  • You own your resume/profile data but grant JobFlow24 a global license to:
    • Distribute to employers when you apply.
    • Analyze for platform improvement (anonymized).
  • Prohibited Content:
    • Discriminatory job posts (race, gender, etc.).
    • Scraping/crawling our database without permission.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • No Guarantees: We don’t promise job offers/interviews.
  • Third-Party Links: Jobs posted by employers may link to external sites (use at your own risk).
  • AI Tools: AI-generated suggestions (e.g., “Top Jobs”) aren’t endorsements.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

  • Spam (e.g., mass applications with fake resumes).
  • Circumventing paywalls (e.g., sharing recruiter contacts externally).
