Job Description
About the Role
Lead all accounting operations for investment management division. Oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and fund accounting teams. Develop strategic financial plans and maintain relationships with auditors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable functions
- Oversee fund accounting and NAV calculations
- Ensure SEC and GAAP compliance
- Develop financial controls and policies
- Coordinate annual audit processes
- Manage treasury functions
Requirements
- CPA certification required
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years progressive finance experience
- 5+ years management experience
- Asset management industry background
- Expert knowledge of financial regulations
- Advanced Excel and ERP skills
