About the Role
Oversee daily front office operations at a 200-room hotel. Manage guest services team, resolve escalated issues, and maintain exceptional hospitality standards. Implement procedures to enhance guest satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk staff scheduling
- Train team on hotel procedures
- Handle VIP arrivals and complex guest needs
- Monitor room inventory and billing accuracy
- Analyze guest feedback metrics
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Manage night audit processes
Requirements
- 3+ years hotel front desk experience
- 1+ year in supervisory role
- Proficiency with Opera PMS software
- Flexibility for varied shifts
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Hospitality management degree preferred
