About the Role
Architect enterprise-level UX design systems improving digital experiences for millions of global users across diverse platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead design thinking workshops with cross-functional teams
- Develop design systems establishing consistency and efficiencies
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Stay up to date on emerging design trends and technologies
- Mentor junior designers through formal training and feedback
- Collaborate with product managers to shape UX roadmaps
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in UI/UX, Design, or related field
- 7+ years professional UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma/Sketch/Axure for prototyping
- Strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices
- Experience creating design systems and component libraries
- Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
