About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and assist with guest inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
