Be the welcoming face of our hotel as a Front Desk Clerk. Provide exceptional guest service and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs.

- Process payments and resolve billing issues.
- Manage room assignments and reservations.
- Provide local area information and recommendations.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
