About the Role
Inspire young minds as an Elementary School Teacher at Greenfield Academy. You will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and support the academic and social development of students in grades K-5.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school curriculum.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Valid state teaching certification for elementary education.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching experience preferred.
