About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products. The representative will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support the company’s commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Answerphone calls and emails from customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about product and services
- Process customer orders and payments
- Maintain customer records and update database
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Promote company products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Fluency in English (bilingual a plus)
