About the Role
We are looking for a Social Worker to provide support and resources to individuals and families in need. This role is essential in improving the well-being of our community members through advocacy and direct services.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop care plans
- Connect clients with community resources

- Maintain accurate case records

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work
- State social work license
- 1+ years of experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
