About the Role
Accounting Analyst needed to support the financial operations by preparing financial statements, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Support month-end closing and financial audit processes.
- Perform variance analysis and prepare financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand budget needs.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
