About the Role
Retail Sales Associate needed to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive in-store environment. Provide outstanding customer service, manage inventory, and assist with merchandise displays.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with product selection, and process transactions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock inventory.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Help with end-of-day operations, including cash management and store security.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
