About the Role
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the manufacturing of high-quality products. Monitor production processes and help maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quality assurance programs.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues.
- Maintain documentation of quality control metrics.
- Train staff on quality assurance best practices.
- Evaluate equipment and processes for continuous improvement.
- Investigate and report on quality deviations.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to develop and implement quality programs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with statistical process control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
