Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and coordinate Inventory, Warehouse, and Transportation teams
- Oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in using ERP, WMS, and altriated transportation management systems (TMS)
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
