Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and check-in/out process
- Handle reservation inquiries and changes
- Provide concierge services and recommendations
- Address guest inquiries and service concerns
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
