About the Role
Lead daily manufacturing operations on our assembly line producing household products. Manage team performance, quality control, and safety compliance in a fast-paced factory environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 20+ production workers per shift
- Monitor output to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality assurance inspections
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Train new employees on production procedures
- Maintain accurate production records
- Troubleshoot equipment issues with maintenance team
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing supervision
- Associate degree in Operations Management or equivalent
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
