About the Role
Provide essential care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Work alongside nurses to ensure patient comfort, safety, and daily living support. Make a direct impact on quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and hygiene routines
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Serve meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Requirements
- State CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic life support certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Compassionate approach to elder care
- 6+ months experience in long-term care setting
