About the Role
Create engaging learning experiences for toddlers while mentoring assistant teachers. Develop age-appropriate curriculum and foster positive relationships with children and parents within our NAEYC-accredited program.
Responsibilities
- Implement daily curriculum and activities
- Supervise and mentor teaching assistants
- Assess developmental milestones
- Maintain classroom organization and safety
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences
- Document learning progress through portfolios
- Follow state licensing regulations
- Create inclusive environment for all learners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education
- 3+ years preschool teaching experience
- State teaching certification (ECE Level 5)
- Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification
- Knowledge of Creative Curriculum model
- Excellent observational skills
- Clear criminal background check
- Mandatory reporter training completed
