About the Role
Provide compassionate and high-quality care to our patients as an LPN in our state-of-the-art medical facility.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of RNs and physicians
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status
- Provide personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care management
Requirements
- Completion of an LPN program from an accredited institution
- Current LPN license in the state of employment
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
