About the Role
Lead our dynamic retail team as a Store Manager, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and a team of 10-15 associates
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Manage inventory levels and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent ( Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
