About the Role
Green Valley Community Health seeks an LPN to provide direct patient care in our fast-paced family practice. Administer medications, assist with procedures, and maintain electronic health records.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic patient assessments
- Administer medications/vaccinations
- Document care in EHR system
- Assist with minor procedures
- Monitor vital signs
- Educate patients on care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license in state
- CPR certification
- 2+ years clinical experience
- EHR system proficiency
- Phlebotomy skills
- Spanish fluency preferred
