Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures to ensure software applications function as expected.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software functionality and provide valuable feedback.
- Document and track test cases, defects, and test results using quality assurance tools.
- Participate in process improvements to enhance software quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant quality assurance or customer service experience.
- Proven experience in software testing or a related field.
- Basic computer literacy, with a strong understanding of MS Office Suite and quality assurance tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for finding solutions.
