About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. You will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide excellent customer service. Your welcoming attitude will ensure a great experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and check them in/out
- Answer phone calls and handle reservations
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints and issues
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and math skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
