You will operate and maintain machinery, perform quality checks, and ensure that production processes run smoothly. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Follow production schedules and meet production targets
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain machinery and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Basic math and computer skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, standing, and moving for long periods
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety guidelines
