About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas
- Follow all healthcare protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
- Physical stamina to perform duties that require lifting and standing for long periods
- Knowledge of basic nursing care practices and procedures
