About the Role
Sunshine Resorts seeks hotel agents in Orlando. Responsibilities include guest check-in/out, reservation management, and promoting resort amenities. Must have availability for 3rd shifts and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Process guest registrations
- Handle guest complaints
- Upsell room upgrades
- Balance cash drawer
- Coordinate with housekeeping
- Promote loyalty program
Requirements
- Hospitality degree or 1 year experience
- Opera PMS experience preferred
- Multitasking ability
- Professional appearance

- Tourism knowledge
