About the Role
Join our prestigious Golden Palms Resort hotel team as a Front Desk Agent. You’ll provide warm, attentive service while managing guest check-ins and reservations at this luxury vacation destination.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out using resort software
- Answer hotel and local tourism questions and provide directions
- Resolve guest issues by escalating matters to management when needed
- Process payments using POS system and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain hotel lobby cleanliness and front desk organization
- Coordinate reservations, room assignments, and guest preferences
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in hotel front desk or hospitality
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English, Spanish fluency preferred
- Proficiency with hospitality property management systems (PMS)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
