About the Role
Join our skilled nursing team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You’ll deliver professional care in a specialized environment focusing on rehabilitation and long-term health support.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms
- Assist registered nurses with wound care and other treatments
- Provide patient education on medication and self-care guidelines
- Prepare and maintain medical records and charts
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Active LPN license in State of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year long-term care nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EHR)
- Valid CPR and first aid certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
