About the Role
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure production targets are met as a Manufacturing Supervisor! Lead a team, monitor equipment, and maintain quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities and schedules
- Supervise and coach team members, ensuring they meet performance expectations
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Implement and enforce safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with other departments to support production goals
- Generate and interpret production reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in manufacturing or a related industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
