About the Role
Provide exceptional guest service at a 250-room beachfront resort. Handle reservations, check-ins, and concierge services while promoting hotel amenities and local attractions.
Responsibilities
- Process guest registrations
- Manage reservation system
- Resolve guest complaints
- Upsell room upgrades
- Balance daily cash drawer
- Coordinate with housekeeping
Requirements
- 1+ year hotel experience
- Opera PMS proficiency
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Exceptional customer service
- Night/weekend availability
- Local area knowledge
