Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the preparation of all menus
- Manage and train the kitchen staff
- Ensure consistent high-quality food and service
- Maintain food and labor costs within budget
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent culinary skills and creativity
- Experience with inventory management and food cost control
