The Grand Orlando Resort is hiring friendly Front Desk Agents to create welcoming experiences for our guests. This fast-paced role involves check-ins, concierge services, and problem-solving to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle reservations and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Upsell additional services and amenities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts
- Professional appearance and demeanor
