About the Role
Join our team as a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our supply chain and distribution processes to meet customer demands efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics flows
- Coordinate with carriers for efficient shipping/receiving
- Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and workflow
- Oversee inventory control and cycle counts
- Resolve discrepancies between system records and physical counts
- Collaborate with team to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation for shipments and deliveries
- Analyze logistics data to streamline processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2-3 years experience in logistics coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred
