About the Role
Join our hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent at The Sea Breeze Resort. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries. This entry-level position offers training in hotel operations and guest services.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and process check-ins/check-outs
- Manage room reservations and assignments
- Handle guest requests and complaints
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and provide information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Upsell hotel amenities and services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Multilingual skills a plus
