About the Role
Work within one of Asia’s largest logistics conglomerates to manage complex international air and ocean freight operations. Requires attention to documentation, regulatory compliance and multi-stakeholder coordination
Responsibilities
- Process international shipping documentation
- Manage customs clearance operations
- Collaborate with multiple carriers, brokers
- Oversee freight consolidation and warehousing
- Handle special delivery procedures
- Assist with import/export licensing and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain
- 5+ years international trade coordination
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs codes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, freight software
- Fluency in English, Cantonese preferred
- High problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Valid HK driver’s license
