About the Role
Engage customers and drive sales in our fashion retail store. Provide product expertise, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment. Support daily store operations and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer product questions
- Achieve daily sales targets and goals
- Operate cash registers and process payments
- Assist with inventory management and stocking
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor
- Implement promotions and displays
- Accurately process online order pickups
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year retail/customer service experience
- Ability to stand for extended shifts
- Basic mathematical skills for transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
