About the Role
Hospitality mid-level role supervising front desk operations at our downtown hotel. Lead a 10-person team through check-in, concierge services, and billing operations while maintaining Forbes quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk schedules and staffing assignments
- Train staff on check-in protocols and PMS system
- Handle guest escalations and resolve complaints
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings
- Audit folio accuracy and reporting
- Coordinate valet/concierge services
- Implement service recovery strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years luxury hotel experience
- 1+ year supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Opera PMS
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Flexibility for early/late shifts
- Knowledge of local attractions
- High school diploma (hospitality degree preferred)
