About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchase decisions.
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor.
- Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Retail experience preferred but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
