About the Role
FashionPlus, a boutique clothing retailer, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our Denver location. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain our brand’s high standards for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Train and coach sales associates
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising
- Handle customer service escalations
- Process payroll and create schedules
- Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies
- Maintain store appearance and standards
Requirements
- 3+ years retail management experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings/weekends
- Fashion merchandise knowledge
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
