About the Role
Join our caring team at Havenwood Memory Care! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll provide compassionate care to residents in our memory care community. This role focuses on daily living activities, emotional support, and dementia assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Provide emotional support to dementia patients
- Monitor resident health and wellbeing
- Document patient care and medical changes
- Engage residents in activities of daily living
- Ensure infection control standards are followed
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in State of Oregon
- Completion of dementia care training
- Ability to pass thorough background check
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence
- CPR and first aid certified
- Clear communication skills
