About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate at Sunstone Market, you’ll be the first touchpoint for our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience. Your role will focus on delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets
- Provide product information and answer customer questions
- Restock merchandise as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Proficient in basic math and cash handling
- Must pass background check
