About the Role
Join Fintech Innovations as an Entry-Level Software Developer to contribute to our cloud-based financial management solutions. This role includes collaborative software design, agile sprint cycles, and ongoing mentorship. Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for fintech.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers on microservice architecture
- Develop features using Python, JavaScript, and Java frameworks
- Conduct code reviews and implement continuous integration best practices
- Design REST APIs using AWS SDK and Swagger documentation
- Optimize database queries for transaction processing systems
- Debug and troubleshoot application errors
- Participate in design sprints with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Completion of at least one major software development project
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Java
- Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3)
- Experience with Git version control
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective written/verbal communication for agile meetings
