About the Role
Join The Grand Manor Hotel as a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during overnight hours. This role includes guest check-in/check-out, cash reconciliation, and property management system (PMS) maintenance. We prioritize safety, service excellence, and hospitality training.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests arriving after 11 PM and expedite check-in processes
- Post daily room rates and tax reconciliations using Opera PMS
- Respond to guest service requests via phone and in-person after 1 AM
- Monitor security footage and alert management to incidents
- Balance daily cash drawers and perform end-of-day reporting
- Coordinate with housekeeping/front office for room readiness
- Facilitate last-minute room reservations for walk-ins
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English/Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, OnQ)
- Strong attention to detail for financial accuracy
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM – 7 AM)
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle emergency situations
