About the Role
Desert Manufacturing Solutions seeks Production Associates for its assembly operation producing solar components. You’ll work on high-speed lines performing quality checks, machine operations, and material handling. This role is critical to meeting production goals while adhering to strict safety and precision standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate automated assembly equipment
- Perform hourly quality inspections
- Package finished products to specifications
- Maintain 5S standards in work area
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Rotate through multiple stations bi-weekly
- Achieve daily production targets
Requirements
- Ability to read work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Comfortable standing for 10-hour shifts
- Manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Willingness to work overtime
- Pass pre-employment screenings
