About the Role
Ensure the smooth flow of goods from our suppliers to our customers as a Logistics Coordinator, by managing incoming and outgoing shipments and coordinating transportation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to manage shipments
- Monitoring shipment status and updating systems and stakeholders
- Processing and troubleshooting customs clearance documents
- Optimizing shipping routes and modes of transportation
- Analyzing logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation (1-2 years)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
