About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent at Horizon Hotels, you’ll be the welcoming face of our hospitality brand. From check-ins to guest services coordination, your exceptional communication skills create memorable stays while fostering our family-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests with a warm and professional welcome
- Check guests in/out efficiently using reservation systems
- Answer guest inquiries about property amenities and local attractions
- Resolve escalated guest service concerns professionally
- Assist with concierge services such as restaurant reservations
- Process payments accurately using hotel POS systems
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with housekeeping and food service teams
- Assist with administrative tasks like filing and data entry
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of front office operations and hotel software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Familiarity with local attractions a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling
